F.I.T. Tip: Just move. You may be a little sore and tired this week, but be sure to make it to every workout! It’s not always about performing at 110%. The goal during Brik is to get in the habit of moving EVERY DAY. A double day can even mean taking a walk after dinner.

N.O.W. TIP: With detox in full effect, you will probably find this week challenging. Give yourself a break. Tell the people around you when you need a little more sleep and/or support. Be patient and think about why you started this, and the results you’ll get when you stick to it!

K.A.T. Tip:FOAM ROLL BAY! Get out that foam roller (or order one on Ebay/Amazon for $10). Foam rolling is one of the most basic ways to get Mayofascial release (without the price tag of a massage). It relieves muscles soreness, restores torn fibers and re-hydrates your body.
